Level 1 — Insights
Formula & Label Review
We will review your formula and specifications and advise on feasibility for manufacture. We will make recommendations on the manufacturing process and food safety and quality parameters. We will also provide the appropriate Nutrition Facts (or Supplement Facts) label and ingredient statement if required.
Technical Problem Solving
If you are experiencing a technical issue with your product (changes in color or flavor, spoilage, separation, etc.), let us assist you in finding the right ingredient or process solution.
Sourcing
Perhaps you’ve got your formulas and processes ironed out but need help finding ingredients or the right co-packer.
We’ll utilize our network of suppliers, brokers, and co-packers to find the right fit for your project and we won’t quit until we get it nailed down.
Level 2 — Development & Formulation
Product Formulation
Bring your concept and we’ll work with you to develop it into a commercial formula for manufacturing. We will source ingredients, develop prototypes for review, and provide you with a completed formula, technical specifications, manufacturing instructions, Nutrition or Supplement Facts panels, and ingredient statement (known in the industry as the “ingredient deck”).
Reformulation & Optimization
Whether you need to reduce cost, adjust your product to meet nutritional targets (did someone say sugar reduction?), or optimize for more efficient manufacturing, we can take your existing product and formula and reformulate to meet your goals.
Product Matching
If you have an existing recipe or market product you wish to match we can create a formula for you which replicates the flavor, aroma, and appearance of the target product.

Level 3 — Retainer Options
Perhaps your growing company is in need of on-going food science support but you’re not ready to hire a full time employee to fill this role.
